New is good, and we know it does carry with it some unknowns. We’ve all been “new” at one point and we hope here you’ll find helpful information that communicates a little about Sunland Neighborhood Church and what you can expect when you stop by. If you have any questions as you browse drop us a note, we’d love to hear from you!

Hello

You’re thinking about checking out Sunland Neighborhood Church this Sunday. First of all, “Welcome!” Second, I’d love to walk you through a Sunday so you can know what to expect when you get here.
When you drive into the SNC parking lot, park close to the main entrance in the preferred visitor parking. There are Handicapped spots if you continue around the corner where you will find a smaller parking lot and an entrance ramp to the sanctuary.
When you arrive, come on into our lobby (if you are parked in the main parking lot), you should see our Connection Desk. This is the info hub of SNC (aside from our website).
You can head through the lobby to our Worship Center or the Fellowship Hall (immediately behind the Worship Center) for some coffee and donuts.
If you have kids, K-5th grade, they may join you for the beginning of the service where they will later be dismissed for Sunday School. We hope to have preschool and nursery classes available soon.

Worship / Teaching

Once inside, look for an usher who will help you find a seat. Please fill out a connection card and let us know that you were here, and get some info on what’s coming up soon. We try to start promptly at 10:30 am. The music ranges from more contemporary to traditional with our Worship Band (usually including guitar, bass, vocals, drums and keyboard). You are welcome to sing with us, we put the song lyrics on the screen for you to join in. Our pastor will present a message from God’s Word. In response to what God is teaching us, we continue our time of worship through music, giving and prayer. Giving and prayer are done without pressure, they are available for you, but not expected. The whole gathering takes just under an hour and a half. We always encourage you to hang around for a few minutes and get to know some people.

Where is SNC?

We love what God is doing at Sunland Neighborhood Church and you are welcome to find out more about it! Thanks for checking us out, hopefully we will see you on Sunday!
